magtrack magnetic crawler
The MagTrack Crawler is an efficient means of surface preparation by means of an automated robot which uses high powered magnets to reach difficult areas like ship hulls and crude oil tanks—internal and external. The high powered magnets keep the MagTrack attached to the steel substrate. The MagTrack operates between 1000 bar and 2800 bar.
Typical applications: Steel bridge and deck cleaning, ship hull cleaning, crude oil tank cleaning, cleaning of large steel areas.
Hydrodemolition
HydroDemolition means to selectively remove concrete in a controlled manner, to a pre-set depth, without damaging the rebar, producing no micro cracks while removing low, pour quality or fatigued concrete. Powered by AquaJet, Total Enviro Solutions use wireless remotely operated robots to remove concrete easily efficiently, the rebar in perfect condition. We eliminate the use of mechanical means like jack hammers that cause damage to the rebar.
Typical applications: Bridge repair, concrete demolition or removal, pylon rehabilitation, concrete texturing, concrete plinth repair, silo rehabilitation, coal bunker repair.
SHOTBLASTING
ShotBlasting a highly efficient means of removing a coating or debris for steel or concrete. Using high tech industrial SPE-20E machines which ‘shoot’ steel shot onto the surface at high velocity. It efficiently creates the required profile. The steel shot is then recycled back into the system while all dust and debris are removed by powerful vacuums. The system is dustless, transportable and can be disassembled to fit into the inside of a crude oil tank.
Typical applications: Crude oil tank cleaning, concrete floors and warehousing, line removal, runway line removal.
abrasive cold cutting
Abrasive Cold cutting or Abrasive water jet cutting is a process using special tools capable of slicing or cutting into metal or other materials using a high velocity of water combined with an abrasive. Due to the self-cooling attributes, the technology prevents the chance of ignition and therefore can be used in high flammable applications. It is a common means for either precision cutting or demolition purposes where the use of hot work cutting is not possible. Cutting can be carried out at a variety of pressures up to 2800 bar using high pressure water manipulated and controlled remotely.
Typical applications: Crude oil tank cutting, oil rig steel cutting, any area of cutting that a flame is prohibited.
