Total Blasting offer an array of hoses, nozzles, guns and fittings to ensure your equipment runs smoothly. There is nothing worse than getting to site and then realising you are missing a vital piece of equipment or accessory. All our accessory equipment is tested and if necessary, pressure tested before being sent to site.
OFFSHORE DECK CLEANING
Total Blasting has an array of deck cleaning solutions. Using ultra high pressure water we remove debris and rust from ship decks. Our operators are trained to use either hand lances or automated machinery like The Hurricane Deck Blaster which are faster and safer. An alternative is ShotBlasting, which uses steel shot to remove the debris, all in a recycled vacuumed environment
DRILL pipe cleaning
Over the years we have assisted many Offshore companies with drill pipe cleaning. Using high pressure RIG SAFE pumps and automated machinery from the USA or Europe, we efficiently remove solidified drilling mud from drill pipe internals.
Cold Cutting
Abrasive Cold cutting or Abrasive water jet cutting is a process using special tools capable of slicing or cutting into metal or other materials using a high velocity of water combined with an abrasive. Due to the self-cooling attributes, the technology prevents the chance of ignition and therefore can be used in high flammable applications. It is a common means for either precision cutting or demolition purposes where the use of hot work cutting is not possible. Cutting can be carried out at a variety of pressures up to 2800 bar using high pressure water manipulated and controlled remotely. Total Blasting offer Cold Cutting systems available for a variety of applications.

Each Offshore Technician has the necessary qualification and experience to cope with the different challenges of the Offshore environment. Each technician has years of experience in water jetting and all have international experience and qualifications. Whether it’s an onshore drill pipe cleaning job or an offshore confined space, you can count on our technician to get the job done the first time, every-time. Qualifications include WJTS and WJA water jetting certification, as well as BOISET and HUET Certified.
